An e-commerce startup in the NYC area with over $200MM in funding so far has an open job for a Systems Support Engineer. The company has been around for about a year and launched their product at the end of 2014. Their founder is a well-known entrepreneur in the NYC tech startup space, and the company is currently doing aggressive hiring, especially in technology.
The Systems Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting servers, network devices, and Mac and Windows desktops. This engineer does not need to be an expert in every one of these areas, but solid experience in one and a basic understanding in the others will be very helpful. The Systems Support Engineer will build and deploy end-user facing SaaS products and infrastructure systems (primarily Microsoft), as well as support the company's growing user base.

Required Skills
• 2 years or more in a support or SysAdmin role
• TCP/IP -- working knowledge
• Familiarity with Office 365
• Experience using Active Directory
• Above average troubleshooting skills and methodology
