Lose 7kgs in 7days in your home - NO Exercises

Hi everyone. I gonna share a combination of diet which helped me to reduce 7kgs in 7days.
On 20 may 2014, my weight was 69.8kgs and on 27 evening 5PM, my weight was 62.9kgs.

If you're damn sure to take action to loose your weight rapidly, here is the diet plan that I followed.
Before going to dieat plan, please keep it in mind, people whose taking diabetics treatments and other serious health problem can consult your doctor whether to follow this diet or not.

Intro about my diet plan:

Myself Nagaraj(age 26), staying in Chennai(South India).

Probably you may heard about General Motors Diet plan which they developed for their workers.
same diet plan I followed, but only few things I added is 3/6 diet rule which is nothing but
taking food 6times/day instead of taking 3times/day.

In simple words(about 3/6 diet), divide your food into two and eat it with 2hours gap or even 1hour gap if your newbie. This helps to stay away from fat which stores at our body.


GM 3/6 Diet Plan for rapid weight loss in 7days:

Day 1: Fruits alone
Take:            Apple, Pomegranate, Orange, Sweet lime, Water melon
Won't take (Avoid): Mango, BANANA(must avoid), Dates,other weight gain fruits

I took Day 1
1 apple in morning(7.30AM 1/4, 8.30 AM 1/4, 9.30 AM 1/2)
1 apple in Afternoon(12.40 PM 1/2, 2.40 PM 1/2)
5.15 PM BLACK TEA(i.e., Tea without Milk)
7.30 PM One Pomegranate(I took it which weights was 400gm)
9.40 PM 2 biscuits


If you're not able to control, drink water for rest of the things

Day 2: Vegetables alone
Take:    Morning Breakfast is Potato(must take only potato- as raw or boiled)
             (I took it around 100gm- 150 gm of boiled potato upto 2pm)

2. Carrots and other vegetables
(I took 6 carrots in 1 to 11/2 hours gap and 1 black tea on evening)


Keep it in mind, you're only allowed to boil and eat the vegetable..

To avoid:
Don't use any other cooking items for spicy, especially don't use oil.

Day 3: Vege Fruits(Vegetables + Fruits)

Things to avoid: Banana, mango, potato(do not use potato today)
Happiest thing is, your extra fats will starts burns from 3rd day for body's routine

(I took is, 1 apple, 3 carrots, 1 mango(not recommended but I took without knowledge), 1 black tea, 1 pomegranate)


Day 4: BANANA & MILKTake up to 8 banana's maximum and 3glass of milks. If your still hungry, pour water to your stomach.
(I took - 1 glass of milk @ 7-8 Am, 9AM 1 banana, 10:30AM 1banana, 12:45PM 1 glass milk, 3:00 PM 1banana, after no entries available exactly but overall I took 7 bananas and 3 glass of milk )

Day 5: Ricey Day with Tomatoes

You're allowed to take 1cup of rice(avoid curd rice)(don't take biggest cup in your home) and 6 tomatoes as raw or boiled.  Drink more water than you usually drink.
(funny thing, I took only 3 tomatoes on this day, and 1 cup of sambar rice just because of that 1 cup of rice made me to stay away to keep eating for absolute 4hours, and one black tea in evening )

Avoid : Usage of oil

Day 6: Rice and Vegetable Day

Take 1 cup of rice and and eat vegetables as raw or boiled
(I took 1cup of rice @ 11:30 AM because I just woke up on 10:50AM only because its Sunday, 5 carrots, 1 black tea)

Day 7:

Take 1 cup of rice and must take some fruit juices which helps to dispose unwanted harmfuls germs produced during fat burning process.
(I took, 2 glass of water  in morning, 1 apple juice without ice @ 11AM and took my cup of sambar rice @ 1PM and 4:40PM one black Tea)

@ 5:00PM, I checked my weigt on same machine and my weight was 62.9kgs now. So Imy dieat has been stopped here.

And at evening 7.10PM I took one onion dosa as per my soul's advice..
